Mechanical disc brake has three types: light duty, medium duty and heavy duty models. It’s largely suited for both front and rear wheel of low speed vehicles like three wheel motorcycle, electric tricycle, four wheel electric vehicle etc. and three wheel or four wheel combination brake is available.

1.it´s mechanical disc brake without oil pump, oil tube and brake fluid, which can avoid no brake situation caused by brake fluid leaking.
2.Mechanical disc brake braking torque is better than oil disc brake´s: like model MDB-180, single wheel braking torque reaches 1150N.M.
3.There’s constant clearance between brake pad and disc plate. While vehicle running, no friction between brake pad and disc plate to reduce heat from friction.
4.Auto compensation function woks after brake pads worn down little by little, which saves the labour to adjust the clearance between brake pads. Till brake pads worn out, it’s no need to adjust braking rods and compensate the clearance.
5.Safety factor is in the highest level. There’s no danger of oil leaking and no need to vent air out in oil tube. Though one brake caliper doesn’t work, the other one can still work to avoid no brake at all.
